As a parent of 3 grown children, I know all too well how quickly time passes! The beaches of 30A were my family’s vacation destination from the beginning of our children’s lives. We made so many special memories in this area. This is why I love photographing families on the beaches of 30A and split my time between Santa Rosa Beach and Birmingham, Alabama. Every family has a unique story to tell, and photographs not only preserve those moments but transport us back to the feelings of that time and space. I adore capturing these moments for families as they grow and change through the seasons of life.

LOCATION
I have access to a beautiful, uncrowded beach in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on HIghway 30A. The location is conveniently located less than 5 miles from Seaside and less than 6 miles from Rosemary Beach. We meet at this location 1 ½ hours before sunset or 15 minutes before sunrise, depending on which type of session you choose. We adjust the meeting time if the weather is cloudy and reschedule if it is raining.

We work together to plan the perfect wardrobe for your session to ensure your photographs reflect your unique style. After booking, you receive my wardrobe guide which includes lots of pictures and resources to help you select outfits for everyone in the family. Our goal is to dress everyone in clothes that reflect your family’s style and result in timeless portraits.

You and your family show up to your session looking gorgeous and feeling excited. We are aiming to capture the beauty of your family’s love and connection, not perfection (which does not exist in an ANY family) so there is no pressure to perform, “say cheese” or have perfectly behaved kids. I guide you with prompts, then we let honest moments unfold. And because I shoot film, there are plenty of opportunities for breaks while I reload my camera!

The day you have been waiting for is here! Several weeks after your sesion, your photo gallery arrives to your inbox. Sit back with your favorite beverage and watch a slideshow of your images set to music. You can download your high res images directly from your gallery site to your computer. You also may share your gallery with friends and family via your gallery site. The site is super user friendly and I am always available to help!
